Okay, so first of all, let me start by saying that TS Hanna is a fucking BITCH that is ruining my saturday!!! I woke up this morning and I had to check the clock to make sure I hadn't slept until the next night...no, it was just Hanna...casting dark and dank across my bedroom...shitty bitch...

The Greatest Depiction of the 80s I've seen in a whileTheir album, *Zo! & Tigallo Love the 80s*, is a modern update to some 80s hits. As crazy as they look on the cover [and they do look funny as all hell], you would think that the album is going to be straight shit....tricky lil artist they are!! This album has played at least 5 times everyday on the Touch! They took songs I've listened to as a kid and almost made me forget what the original sounded like. And they weren't your old school soul and r&b songs [your rick james', your stevies, your chakas...], they were all the 2520 songs [with the exception of The Rude Boys]!!! Okay so I'ma run through all the tracks on the album and give the original videos by the original artists:

A-ha, a new wave synthrock band from Norway, originally released this song on their album *Hunting High and Low* in 1986. I love this video cause it's a cool mix of drawing and real life.
**3** STEPPIN' OUT 2008 :: originally by Joe Jackson
Joe Jackson [not "no, daddy, no" Joe], and English pop artist, released this song on his *Night and Day* album back in 1982. I always heard this song and I recognized it immediately when I heard it on the album, but when I looked up who the song artist was, I was caught a bit off guard. I actually thought it was "no, daddy, no" Joe! I was about to be like, "Lemme find out Joe was an artist in his spare time!"

The weirdest thing about this video is the massive lips that the heart has. Are Cee-Lo's lips that big??? LOL. But it is the most accurate depiction of a sour breakup I've ever seen in my life. Once the guy gave the girl his heart an explained why she has to keep it, I was like, "DAMN! That is so true..." And they managed to banter back and forth in a way that made you smile and giggle a lil, but you still felt like you could relate, especially if you've had your heart broken.

Okay...first of all, I *heart* Musiq Soulchild!!! His music is so unique of all the "neo-soul" artists I listen to and I can't get enough.....
...but this new single...is...just....ummm...????? The single is called "Radio" and it's off his upcoming album dropping this Fall. It such a change from what he's done before. Heavy bass...no real singing like he usually does. It's like he became a 'dirty south thug'. Ummmm NO! That shit may work for artists like Bow Wow, but Musiq, Baby, Darling, Soulstar...you are actually a music artist!!! It's always nice to change things up and 'evolve'...but sometimes it's just best to stick to what you know...
....but that shit does rock on the car stereo [the single did make the Touch rotation]...and Musiq and the video concept look good...

I've been listening to this song since before the album dropped, and now that a video is finally made, I am UBER EXCITED!!! They mentioned over at OKP that the video is like visiting an 80s arcade game while on acid, and I couldn't agree more. It wasn't quite what I expected, but I love it nonetheless. And Kanye's face during his first few lines along with the bathroom females shaking their asses are HILARIOUS!!!
